Transition Implementation Process
The SOL transition team will provide hands-on assistance and communication to key members of the business in the development of SOL within each organization.
The transition team implementation process will be composed of the following key components:
2 Weeks
Discovery
- Gain insight into the culture of the organization through visualized logistical tour of the business.
- Specialists in HR and Scheduling will meet to learn about the organization through key officers, managers, supervisors as well as any other areas that will have impact in the role out and development of SOL.
- Meet with Human Resources department to learn the parameters within their collective agreements or internal policies as it relates to payroll and scheduling.
- Meet with scheduling department to gain information into their current scheduling process.
6 Weeks
Roll-out
- Allow key decision makers the opportunity to develop an action plan for phase roll out. Work with them on the details of plan progression from point of initial contact to roll out.
- Provide contact information for the transition team and the software team for questions that arise throughout roll out.
- Information on policies, agreements, schedules are taken to SOL headquarters after meet and greet to establish the program timeline that fits the culture and parameters of the company.
- Will conduct conference calls to show optimized schedules that includes the guidelines set forth in agreements.
- Scheduled demos to install and guide employees through their phone app.

Support
- Establish consistent communication weekly and allow for feedback to the optimized schedules and guidelines from the company. This will provide an opportunity for SOL to work optimally for the business and be built around the business culture.
- Provide assistance in the implementation to both administration and personnel as per the phase role out plan developed and approved by the business.
- Maintain ongoing communication after finalizing roll out for updates to any scheduling changes or collective agreements, policies and general assistance as required.
